September Recap
At our September meeting, we shared out about events that had taken place over the summer as well as updates from the CSTA National Conference. Dr. Chrystalla Mouza from University of Delaware joined us to provided updates on programming taking place at UD as well as their work with DOE. We discussed the different materials currently available in the lending library and heard from Jenny Trufio about the resources 4H is providing for CS education. Girls Go Cyber!
Save the date! Girls Go Cyber registration will open on December 2. 
You can get notified when registration opens by going here. According to their website, "Girls Go CyberStart is a fun and interactive online program composed of digital challenges to introduce high school girls to cybersecurity. Over 10,000 high school girls have taken part in the Girls Go CyberStart program so far and loved it!" If you have questions, please contact Fred Stinchcombe as he has been involved for many years and may be able to provide you with some feedback.
